German Brewery Identity Refresh

About the project

Working on a logo refresh for our friends Cast-Brauerei in Germany gave us a chance to flex our creativity in a whole new way. As an American-style brewery in Stuttgart, we wanted to combine both elements of the brand into a single logo that stands out.

We combined a bear (for California) and a stag (for Stuttgart), and plenty of hop illustrations to showcase what they do best. We also created some pictorial and text-only versions with a consistent feel so they can adapt this logo to be used in a variety of locations on their branding materials.
