About the project

Charleston realtor Sarah K. Henderson is passionate about finding clients their forever homes, so when she came to us looking for custom branding, we had excellent direction for this logo design right away.

This logo serves a double purpose—while it’s a palmetto tree at first glance, we created a house silhouette using negative space to fully encapsulate her brand. The logo can be scaled up or down to be used on anything she wants to put her stamp on and is a perfect nod to Charleston real estate!
